Wonderland.

From the streets of Guadalajara to the grandest
stages across the globe, Peso Pluma’s whole
life has changed. The Mexican enigma—born
Hassan Emilio Kabande Laija—has, within just a
few years, become his nation’s brightest sonic
spark, illuminating the genre of Corridos into a
worldwide spotlight and pioneering its shift in
perspective. With his latest GRAMMY-nominated
album, ÉXODO, merging his musical lineage with
an evolving stylistic freedom, the 25-year-old
plots an unwalked path—one which Peso alone
knows the destination of. Covering Wonderland’s
Winter 24 issue, he talks the oscillation of fame,
the growth of his sound, and the magnitude of
his ambitions.
